THE OPPORTUNITY Marcon is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) across a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland. Reporting to the Manager, HSE, this role acts as a trusted technical advisor and partner to project teams by supporting regulatory compliance, leading investigations, conducting inspections and audits, and strengthening safety culture across active sites. The HSE Advisor plays an important role in coaching site safety personnel, supporting operational leaders, and driving proactive risk management practices that support safe and efficient project delivery.
