EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 0–3 years of construction experience (ideal for recent graduates)
  • Co-op placements or internships considered an asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of construction principles
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications (training provided)
  • Strong computer skills; willingness to learn construction software
  • Interest in learning rigging, crane operations, and heavy equipment
  • SiteDocs experience is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
  • Comfortable working at heights and around heavy machinery
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
  • Tolerance for varying weather conditions
