Responsabilités principales Fournir des estimations de coûts précises à toutes les phases du projet, y compris les études de faisabilité, la conception et la construction. Élaborer et gérer des budgets, tout en assurant la traçabilité des dépenses. Préparer et évaluer des appels d'offres, et conseiller sur les adjudications de contrats. Effectuer des analyses des écarts financiers et recommander des actions correctives. Superviser et valider les paiements des entrepreneurs et des fournisseurs. Conseiller les clients sur les risques financiers et contractuels. Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes (architectes, ingénieurs, contractants, etc.) pour garantir une collaboration efficace. Fournir des rapports de gestion réguliers et assurer une communication claire avec les clients. Qualifications Expérience : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des coûts, idéalement dans les secteurs de la construction, de l'immobilier ou des infrastructures. Formation : Diplôme en gestion de la construction, ingénierie, économie ou domaine connexe. Connaissances : Familiarité avec les méthodologies de gestion des coûts, les contrats (FIDIC, CCDC), et les outils de gestion (ex : CostX, Excel avancé).
