At Graham Construction, the Project Manager is an experienced construction professional that has completed successful Buildings and Infrastructure construction projects
within the Winnipeg Area and has a strong client focus. A successful Project Manager is a good team-builder, communicator and stakeholder manager who can cultivate
strong relationships with ease with both internal and external partners; they are fully proficient with the technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
required for complex project assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 10+ years of direct construction project management experience required, primarily in the Buildings(ICI) and Infrastructure sectors. New Builds, tenant improvement and Pre-engineered Building
• Expertise in managing projects from $20-70M in value
• Technical Diploma or a Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Extensive knowledge in construction methods and project management processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex or multiple construction projects
• Strong financial acumen is an asset
• Ability to train project staff in all aspects of project requirements
