QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3+ years in a site foreman or supervisory role within the drywall or construction industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Certification: Any relevant certifications in construction safety or site management are a plus.
• Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman at Glyco Drywall Ltd. with key responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: A Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, including scheduling, crew management, and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect work quality and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any challenges that arise on-site to keep projects on track.
