This role requires cross-collaboration across many departments to maintain material flow, materials prep and stock, conduct inspections on products and materials, and improve the functionality and longevity of our machinery and equipment. Embracing a hands-on approach, responsibilities will include manual fabrication tasks, all executed with a strong focus on safety. Core Responsibilities: Ensures precise and reliable data collection across production stages while supporting accurate reporting and documentation. Minimizes material waste, improves utilization efficiency, and prepares/organizes materials effectively for fabrication. Performs regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain operational efficiency. Adheres strictly to safety protocols, consistently wears proper PPE, and contributes to a safe, professional work environment. Maintains clear, proactive communication regarding material availability, delivery schedules, delays, and issues while actively listening to team members and leadership. Collaborates effectively with team members, supports shared goals, assists with tasks as needed, and helps maintain a clean and organized workspace. Demonstrates dependability by exercising sound judgment, working independently without constant supervision, and maintaining consistent attendance while following company policies.
