Übersicht:
Under general direction, this position will be responsible for leading the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of key IT projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, monitors and oversees one or more IT projects to meet defined IT and business requirements or needs. This position requires working closely with all IT team members, group company project sponsor(s) and stakeholders while guiding efforts toward achieving intended IT project results.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Identifies IT project goals and priorities with project sponsor(s) and other key stakeholders.
• Develops effective IT project plans with defined objectives, deliverables and communicates defined plans.
• Establishes and communicates clear IT project activities and priorities.
• Leads and coordinates the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple locations with different software system integration needs.
• Conduct business process mapping workshops and define system requirements with key stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project plans, risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Act as the key liaison between business units, IT, and software vendors.
• Oversees the process of converting physical, analog, or unconnected assets into digital formats.
• Collaborates with IT department management to establish viable target dates and allocate resources.
• Aligns IT project execution efforts to department and organizational strategies and timelines.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and barriers to IT project success.
• Manages IT project resources and budget to ensure objectives are met.
• Identifies and coordinate external resources required to support IT project objectives.
• Manages overall IT projects and provides overall projects status.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business, MBA preferred.
• A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferredn-depth knowledge of ERP business processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SAP Concur, Replicon preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct Project Management / IT Project Management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to articulate issues, build consensus around recommendations, and define next steps.
• Team oriented, self-starter able to work independently and customer focused.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; outstanding listening skills.
• A responsible, yet flexible personality suitable to interfacing successfully with all levels of management.
• Ability to travel extensively.
