Description du poste Vous êtes cuisinier en Brasserie, ou autre type de restauration, vous avez envie de changement et de retrouver un cadre de vie sans coupure : pas de travail le dimanche, pas de travail après 19h. Des plages horaires variables suivant votre planning : Prise de poste : entre 6h et 11h Fin : entre 14 et 19h En tant que commis, vos principales missions vont consister à : Assurer le bon déroulement de la production dans le respect des standards Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/ Izakaya. Réaliser l'intégralité de nos gammes de produits (Sushis, Makis, Californias, Spring Rolls...) Maîtriser l'ensemble des recettes. Procéder à la mise en place des frigos et des préparations. Respecter les règles en matière HACCP. Vérifier les dates limites de consommation des produits en vitrine/frigo quotidiennement. Entretenir le stand dans sa globalité : nettoyage, remplissage. Ranger des stocks. Et si vous voulez évoluer au poste de cuisinier, assistant chef ou chef, chez Hana group, c’est possible ! Qualifications Le profil que nous recherchons : Vous avez le sens du commerce et un fort esprit d’équipe. Les règles d’hygiène n’ont pas de secret pour vous et notamment les normes HACCP.
