Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions Acts as a subject matter expert on the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area medical provider landscape and tracks industry developments. Manages contracts and relationships with medical facilities in Hong Kong, including hospitals, clinics, panels, specialty center, day care centers, and physicians. Collaborates with the Director of Network – Asia Pacific on execution of the functional strategy by types of products to support network development and value goals. Discusses and finalizes agreements, such as direct payment or discounted fee arrangements based on business needs. Maintains provider relationships, monitors service quality and agreement compliance with team support. Reviews price lists and data, draws informed conclusions, and identifies opportunities for cost containment. Serves as a key contact for Clinical, Service OPS, Sales, and Client Management teams regarding provider-related issues. Experience / Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements Candidate should be based in Hong Kong University degree or equivalent experience in nursing or medical field 5+ years of relevant experience in Provider Contracting and cost containment initiatives Working knowledge of Provider Network in APAC especially Hong Kong is a must. Good communication skills. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Analytical and critical mind. Proficiency with MS Office programs including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio required. Knowledge of high priority healthcare providers, third party administrators, global competitor capabilities within the region of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, including negotiation and presentation skills. Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex, highly matrixed, environment, including balancing priorities of multiple organizations to deliver end results.
