Follow proper procedures in emergencies and respond promptly to resident requests for assistance. Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers. Attend all required in-service training sessions. Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team. Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and personal hygiene in line with company policies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED required. 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors.
