As a busy city centre hotel we are looking for an enthusiastic senior housekeeper to join our team.
The main duties in this role include:
Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to a high standard
Replenishing items in bedrooms
Communicating with guests to provide the best service
Working as a team to achieve the highest quality of service as quickly as possible
The candidate should be well presented; a good team player and work quickly and efficiently alone. They should also be enthusiastic and a good communicator.
Supervising the department in the absence of the housekeeping manager and assist housekeeper
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours of work will be up to 5 out of 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays.
