Carpentry Manager - Tower 3 Carpentry (Teton Region) Reports To: President Job Type: Full-time, salaried Work location: Job sites are located in the Teton Region, including but not limited to Jackson, Wilson, and Teton Village, WY and Teton Valley, ID - Victor, Driggs & Tetonia, ID and Alta, WY.  Tower 3 Carpentry is the self-perform carpentry and labor division of New West Building Company. We build high high-quality residential and commercial projects with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled Carpentry Manager to join our team. About the Role The Carpentry Manager leads Tower 3’s self-performed carpentry and labor teams across multiple projects. You’ll supervise crew leaders, drive productivity, uphold safety and quality standards, and support project teams in delivering work on schedule and within budget.
