We build high high-quality residential and commercial projects with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled Carpentry Manager to join our team. About the Role The Carpentry Manager leads Tower 3’s self-performed carpentry and labor teams across multiple projects. You’ll supervise crew leaders, drive productivity, uphold safety and quality standards, and support project teams in delivering work on schedule and within budget.
