Performs Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action for design problems for internally produced products & processes. Recommends product engineering changes to satisfy quality issues raised by customers. Responsible for both Program and Product Quality Engineering. Responsible for development of new inspection technologies or methodologies to assure product conformance. Conducts/lead thorough investigations into issues in areas of responsibility. RTPR support on daily basis, as required. Be a promoter and have full understanding of CORE tool (RCCA) that enables you to coach others in the tool application and use Present summary of performance as well executive summaries, or when required full reporting, on different forums, including and not limited to: CAB Internal/interplant, Management and Business Reviews, Get to Green, Conduct Layered process Audit.
