WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als handhaver heb je een rol met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen de afdeling. Je bezoekt bedrijven en locaties, inventariseert situaties en voert onderzoek uit. Je adviseert over de mogelijkheden, controleert naleving van wet- en regelgeving en treedt op als mediator wanneer nodig.

Jouw overige verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Handhavend optreden en overtreders wijzen op wettelijke bepalingen en regelingen, met een actieve denkwijze voor oplossingen.
  • Zelfstandig opstellen van rapportages, brieven en beschikkingen.
  • Deelname aan en mede-organisatie van in- en externe handhavingsprojecten.
  • Aansturen van controleurs bij grote projecten zoals woningbouw en infrastructuur.
  • Je deinst er niet voor terug om in gesprek te gaan met belanghebbenden, zoals inwoners van onze regio en spreekt ze aan wanneer nodig, maar geeft ook advies voor verbeteringen.
  • Bijdragen aan een betere leefomgeving en waterkwaliteit in de regio Delfland.
