OIC Cleaning are looking to recruit an Industrial Supervisor / Driver / Cleaner to support the Industrial Manager in the day to day operation. The successful candidate will have the use of company vehicle and fuel card for business purposes

The responsibilities for the role will be as follows;

• Support the Industrial Manager in the management of all industrial business as well as DOC business from time to time.
• Work alongside Office Administrator to ensure the correct procedures are followed at all times, i.e. all dockets are signed on time.
• Manage, train and retain industrial cleaning team.
• Delegate work as per job method statement.
• To ensure jobs are completed are per company standard.
• Call to sites to ensure work is done as per specification
• Build a positive and healthy relationship with your designated clients.
• To ensure all OIC Heath and Safety rules and being adhered to at all times.
• To ensure the correct PPE and uniform is worn at all times.

The desired candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role would be essential
• Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling essential
• Full Drivers License is absolutely essential
• Excellent level of English both written and verbal is essential
• Be fully flexible with the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Be able to work on your own initiative as lead, guide, and support a team.
• Be highly organised and efficient.
• Have proven time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• 8-10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend

Experience:

• industrial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• team leader/supervision: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• full drivers license (preferred)
• safe pass (preferred)
