JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking Full Time Pharmacy Medical Counter Sales Assistant to work in our branch in Canvey Island.
The hours are Mon -Fri - 3.30pm - 7pm
Total = 17.5
Salary depends on Age and Experience. This is a permanent position, and we are seeking candidates seeking long term position and a career with the Company. This position would therefore require atleast a 12 to 15 month commitment.
Working as a Medical Counter Sales Assistant requires a passion for customer care and service. You will be the first point of call when patients visit the pharmacy.
You will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to welcome patients with a smile, give healthcare advice with confidence and serve all patients with warmth, respect and professionalism.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a pharmacy, however we are happy to train enthusiastic individuals who have previous retail experience and are committed to patient care and building a long term career in pharmacy.
You will be fully trained as a Medical Counter Assistant, and be provided a weekly rota of which branch you will be working at, and this may change on a daily basis, however, you still have a minimum of 8 hours working shift per day.
This position provides opportunity to work in various Britannia branches, meet lots of different staff and learn varied skills. There is no closing date for this position, as we are always keen to take enthusiastic and hard working individuals for these positions.
You will be confident, hardworking, with good communication and customer service skills.
