We are seeking a Virtual Telechat and Email Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telechat and email communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

29 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Newport News, Virginia, US)
