About the Company
This leading construction consultancy is looking to expand its Cheltenham team with the addition of a talented Quantity Surveyor. With an excellent reputation in the South West, they partner with blue-chip developers, investors, and end users to deliver projects across commercial, residential, education, and leisure sectors.
The Cheltenham office is well-established but growing, meaning you’ll benefit from both the backing of a national consultancy and the close-knit feel of a regional team.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for managing costs and contracts from feasibility through to final account, supporting senior colleagues while taking ownership of your own schemes. You’ll work across a range of projects – from high-spec commercial refurbishments to large-scale mixed-use developments – gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.
This is a client-facing role, so you’ll be trusted to attend meetings, build relationships, and provide expert cost advice that helps shape decisions.
The Candidate

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Have 2–5 years’ PQS/consultancy experience (pre- and post-contract)
• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Be working towards MRICS (support provided) or already chartered
• Have strong communication and client-facing skills
• Be ambitious, proactive, and keen to take on responsibility
