We seek a creative Consultant Quantity Surveyor to join our established QS function at what we believe is a particularly exciting time of growth and development for Focus, offering many possibilities and collaboration across our UK wide multi-disciplinary offer. You will have the opportunity assist with the development of projects and to work closely with a range of clients, acquiring professional skills and knowledge across the wider Focus service portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS:
The role will comprise traditional Quantity Surveying duties, including Feasibility Studies, Cost Plans, Bills of Quantities, Employer’s Requirements, Valuations and Cost Reports, Final Accounts, and cashflows. Additional interest and awareness in the following areas would be of particular value:
The successful candidate would ideally have approximately 2 years of work experience in the sector with established skills supporting projects from inception to completion. You will have the ambition to develop yourself and the service, possessing the ability to work alone with some supervision. The post presents an exceptional opportunity for the right person to advance further within the field.
