Tus funciones: Gestionarás los pedidos, recepción y almacenamiento de productos frescos (pescados). Asegurarás la calidad, frescura y rotación de los productos expuestos. Formarás y desarrollarás a tu equipo, transmitiendo tu conocimiento sobre productos del mar. Implementarás estrategias comerciales para incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad. Analizarás los resultados de la sección y propondrás mejoras. A Nivel Organizativo: Reportarás al Jefe/a de Ventas y Operaciones, y al Jefe/a Comercial. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de secciones de pescadería o puestos similares en el sector de la alimentación, así como experiencia en gestión de equipos. Experiencia en venta de productos frescos, preferiblemente pescado, con asesoramiento directo al cliente. Conocimiento de herramientas de ofimática. Carnet de manipulador de alimentos.
