As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well keeping our coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
