This position is responsible for supporting and managing Dealer/Distributor relationships within assigned territory. In addition, this position will sit in lobby at the corporate office and handle day to day receptionist duties. Responsibilities: Corporate Receptionist duties. Support territory as assigned. Answer Customer Service Inquiries promptly and in a courteous, professional manner. Receive and process orders and other customer requests promptly and accurately according to policies in place. Collaborate with credit and operations in order to ship according to customer expectations while remaining mindful of risk. Prioritization of duties and time management to ensure Customer Satisfaction and adherence to department metrics. Achieve monthly KPI goals. Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both Customers and Colleagues Ability to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors, the ability to work effectively and efficiently in high-stress and conflict situations.
