PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’ La funzione del Customer Care (CCA) si deve occupare delle seguenti attività: 1. Essere il punto di riferimento dei clienti per l’assistenza post-vendita, assicurando una linea di comunicazione efficace e positiva e garantendo un’eccellente livello di servizio; 2. Raccogliere e analizzare tecnicamente i claims al fine di elaborare la miglior soluzione in tempi rapidi e in accordo con le policies aziendali; 3. Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per promuovere l’avanzamento dei processi necessari alla risoluzione del claim e alla soddisfazione del cliente; 4. Essere il protagonista del processo di miglioramento continuo interno tramite analisi statistiche mensili dei claims pervenuti e confronto con i differenti reparti coinvolti; 5. Possibilità di sopralluoghi e visite presso i clienti per analisi tecnica claims e supporto.
