The main requirement is to have fun and help your team where it is needed. Job Description Job duties are to help in the store where needed. We have different areas of the store that have certain duties and responsibilities. The areas are Phones, Front Counter, Box Tagging, Oven Tending and Makeline. We have a fast paced and fun environment to accomplish the goals of our team. Pay ranges from $10 an hour for first timers and go up to $20 an hour for our top Assistant Managers. These jobs can lead to a promotion of General Manager at your own store with the right candidate.
