We are looking for a Customer Service Focuses Technician for Take 5 Oil Change - Orangeville
As a CSA, your primary duties will be to interact with customers. You will be the main point of contact for the entire service. Using information management and critical thinking, you will apply your strong communication skills to help evaluate, educate, lead and pitch different levels of service to your customer ,as well as make recommendations from the technicians/vehicle maintenance schedule.
You will also assist with the cleaning and maintenance and upkeep of the building. As well, you could be required to assist with hands-on duties such as removing and installing air/cabin filters, wiper blades as well as other basic technician duties set out in the role.
