REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – RACKING/WAREHOUSE SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Annual Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Commission

TeamWRX Staffing, one of Atlanta’s top staffing firms, is partnering with our client to hire a results-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious Sales Representative for a full-time direct hire position. This is a remote role with occasional travel, including semi-annual visits to the company’s office in Atlanta, GA.
The preferred candidate will have racking sales experience, pallet racking expertise, or warehouse sales experience, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in B2B environments.

Responsibilities
  • Master product knowledge, industry insights, and market trends in the pallet racking and warehouse solutions space.
  • Drive new business through cold calls, walk-ins, trade shows, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales process: consult, quote, invoice, and close deals.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on activity and results.
