Support loss prevention and crowd management efforts during peak shopping periods and special events by providing high-visibility presence and directing guests to appropriate resources. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
