About the Role We are seeking a technically strong and engaging Security Solutions Trainer to support the delivery of Gallagher Security training solutions across the US and internationally, with a primary focus on Channel Partners, installers, End Users, and consultants. In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical training that builds capability, strengthens partner engagement, and reinforces Gallagher’s brand in market. You will also contribute to the global training strategy by sharing market insights, adapting approaches for regional needs, and helping ensure training remains relevant, effective, and commercially focused. Working closely with the wider Security team, Learning Platforms team, and internal stakeholders, you will help shape training content, support new course development, and drive strong learning outcomes across Gallagher’s Access, Perimeter, and High Security solutions.
