Silver Star Protection Group is dedicated to delivering customized security solutions to meet diverse client needs. Overview An Armed Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of facilities, employees, customers, and assets, while also being equipped to respond effectively to elevated security threats. This role requires strong situational awareness, adherence to regulations, and the ability to manage incidents with professionalism and precision. The officer's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergencies as required. Conduct periodic patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities. Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access controls. Investigate disturbances and take appropriate action based on company protocol. Aid employees, clients, and visitors in security matters. Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and observations. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company. Compensation: $18.00 Benefits Weekly pay on Fridays | Compensation $18 hourly Referral bonus Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid PERC and FOID card REQUIRED.
