Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with entry and exit processes. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual activities according to established protocols. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a tech, media, and telecom location. Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, following site protocols and guidance from Allied Universal.
