Follow site-specific security-related procedures and policies to maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting. Provide customer service by assisting employees and visitors with access-related inquiries and directions as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues. Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or maintenance needs to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or client contacts. Support emergency response activities by following established response plans and assisting as directed.
