Gestion opérationnelle Participer et s’assurer de l’application des procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture du restaurant. Être garant de la bonne application des indicateurs et procédures de qualité en effectuant des contrôles réguliers et gérer la mise en place des actions correctives nécessaires. Faire respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité Popeyes. Veiller à la bonne utilisation et au bon fonctionnement du matériel du restaurant. Participer à la gestion de l’approvisionnement des matières premières et des commandes de produits d’entretien et gérer le suivi des stocks de marchandises. Superviser la préparation et le service des produits pour s'assurer que les quantités correctes d'ingrédients sont utilisées afin de minimiser les déchets. Participer à l’élaboration du budget prévisionnel et à l’analyse des comptes d’exploitation. 2. Service client – Respect de la promesse faite au client S’assurer du respect des normes Popeyes en matière de satisfaction de la clientèle et de qualité et rapidité de service. Motiver le personnel à fournir un service de qualité en étant présent en cuisine et en salle afin d’accompagner les équipiers et limiter le temps d’attente des clients. Veiller à la fidélisation de la clientèle, répondre aux questions des clients et mener des actions correctives face à leurs commentaires. 3. Gestion des équipes & des Talents Manager une équipe de shift-manager et d'équipier.ère.s polyvalents. Embarquer les équipes autour de valeurs fortes et propres à Popeyes (convivialité, proximité, joie de vivre, bienveillance, diversité, inclusion). Jouer le rôle d’animateur en animant les briefings de pré-service et post-service et en garantissant un bon esprit d’équipe. Participer activement à la gestion des équipes : recrutement, intégration, formation (organisation, suivi opérationnel et administratif) et fidélisation des équipier.ère.s. Elaborer les plannings en cohérence avec les prévisions de productivité du restaurant, les flux d’activité et les disponibilités des équipiers et s’assurer du bon fonctionnement du système de pointage.
