What will your typical day look like?
Our Organisation and Workforce Transformation team within Human Capital are a team passionate about supporting our clients in delivering greater value and impact. This includes our Operating Model & Organisation Design team which specialises in working with our clients on a range of Operating Model & Organisation Design and Agile activities including:
Strategic alignment: Partner with senior leaders to align their organisation design principles with their intended outcomes and use data drive analysis to understand the organisation today
High level and detailed design (inc. Agile transformations): Development and assessment of future design options in line with the agreed business strategy
System of work development: Development of delivery, interaction and/or governance models to embed new ways of working
Workforce transition: Planning and provision of end to end organisation design services to ensure the future design is implemented and embedded effectively
As a Consultant within our Operating Model & Organisation Design team you will use a combination of our global methodology and advanced analytical tools to support the design and deliver organisation strategy solutions to our clients

We are looking for experienced Human Capital practitioners with 3+ years of Organisation Design experience to play a key role in the planning, scoping and delivery of Organisation Design projects. We are looking for a diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following:
Ideally you have have some experience in identifying, quantifying and supporting the delivery of the financial and non-financial benefits of organisation design
You are solution focussed. You apply functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable client’s business agenda
You have experience in using business context and objectives to inform business cases that deliver value to the client when forming future state vision
You have experience in managing stakeholder engagement and has strongcommunication skills with experience translating strategic goals into effective design principles and future structures
Strong data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proven quality assurance and attention to detail
