Job Responsibilities Assist in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security checks are embedded at each stage. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to integrate automated security testing tools within the CI/CD pipeline. Continuously assess and optimize CI/CD processes and security practices based on feedback and evolving best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of DevSecOps principles, tools, and practices. Ensure all DevOps practices comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in conducting audits to review SDLC processes and deployed systems for compliance with production efficiency and security protocols. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles. Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security professionals. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to foster a DevSecOps culture. Experience in project management and supporting Agile development processes (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Experience with security scanning tools (e.g., SAST, DAST).
