Berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, vendor, dan tim internal untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan lancar dan tepat waktu. Melakukan inspeksi lapangan serta menyiapkan laporan harian/mingguan termasuk dokumentasi foto. Memeriksa material yang datang ke site, memastikan kuantitas dan kualitas sesuai spesifikasi. Mengidentifikasi dan mengeskalasi isu teknis serta memberikan solusi dasar dan tindak lanjut hingga selesai. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan kerja (HSE) dan melaporkan kondisi/aksi tidak aman. Mendukung tim proyek dalam administrasi seperti pengukuran volume pekerjaan, pengecekan BOQ, dan dokumentasi. Requirement : Pendidikan minimum S1 Teknik Sipil Pengalaman kerja 13 tahun di perusahaan kontraktor atau developer, khususnya pada proyek high rise atau bangunan bertingkat. Memahami dasar pekerjaan struktur (bekisting, pembesian, pengecoran, tanah) serta alur pelaksanaan konstruksi. Technical Skills / Knowledge Pemahaman dasar teknik sipil (pekerjaan beton, bekisting, pembesian, pekerjaan tanah). Mampu membaca gambar teknik (struktur, arsitektur, sipil). Mengetahui standar kualitas konstruksi dan prosedur inspeksi lapangan. Leadership Skills / Knowledge Komunikasi yang baik dengan kontraktor/mandor Disiplin, memiliki time management yang baik, dan bertanggung jawab.
