ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our U.S.-based
engineering team. This is a critical on-site role that requires a blend of infrastructure
expertise, automation mastery, and strategic thinking to help deploy, scale, and maintain cloud-native applications for high-security environments. If you’re a cloud-native technologist who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to be part of a foundational technical team—this is your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.
• Own the automation of deployment, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, New Relic).
• Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to streamline DevOps workflows and release processes.
• Oversee compliance-based data migrations across secure, multi-cloud environments (GDPR, HIPAA, PHI, PII, PCI).
• Implement cloud monitoring and incident response systems to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.
• Write clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployment playbooks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during client engagements, workshops, and post-deployment support.
• Occasionally travel to client sites across the U.S. and Canada to support deployments and training sessions.
