Our current systems include a large .NET/C# foundation, so engineers in this role will play a key part in maintaining and modernizing our core platform while also helping shape the next generation of services and architecture. This group sits at the center of Stamped’s shift toward an AI-native, iterative engineering culture— emphasizing autonomy, accountability, and shared ownership across the team. Key Responsibilities Product Engineering Design, build, test, and ship features across the stack with speed and reliability. Design and Implement CI/CD: Architect, build, and maintain robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Prototyping & Validation Rapidly prototype new ideas to validate value before scaling. AI-Enabled Development Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and improve code quality. Technical Judgment Participate in system design and architectural discussions, contributing to modernization and scalability — with a focus on strengthening and evolving our .NET/C# systems.
