To be successful as a Lead Engineer – VP, you should have experience with:

• Building backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Developing user interfaces with Angular
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Applying Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps practices, and Docker for containerization
• Working with messaging middleware and databases to build scalable solutions

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Providing guidance and expertise to engineering teams, ensuring best practices and technical excellence
• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted point of contact for the development team
• Designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned technology solutions

Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

• Mentoring and coaching to junior and mid-level engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing, elevating the overall skillset and capabilities of the organization.
• Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
• Innovation within the organization by identifying and incorporating new technologies, methodologies, and industry practices into the engineering process.
