Join our Multi Channel Applications (MCA) platform team and play a key role in shaping the CI/CD strategy for experiences that impact millions of customers and colleagues. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our end-to-end CI/CD roadmap on Kubernetes/OpenShift, automate workflows using Python and Shell, and drive excellence in release quality.

To be successful as a DevOps Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Full end-to-end CI/CD roadmap ownership – designing, implementing, governing, and continuously optimising pipelines and automation.
• Containers & Kubernetes – building, deploying, and operating on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Scripting expertise – automating and integrating pipelines using Python and Shell.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Observability tools – ELK, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Progressive delivery techniques – blue-green deployments, canary releases, feature flags.
• Cloud proficiency – working with OpenShift and EKS.
