QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical, scientific, or project management field.
  • 5+ years equivalent experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Desired: Experience with FHWA, DOT, or DoD programs.
