Job description
Position Highlights:
We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated IT Manager with a strong background in ERP, to lead our operations and systems integration. As a key player in our Company, you will play an important role in the growth and success of PRODIRECT Dental Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems, with a focus on Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Applications.

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, data security, user support, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure ERP systems align with business goals.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks.
  • Plan and coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants or Oracle support when needed.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee data integrity, data governance, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource utilization.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks/certifications is a plus.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
· Proven experience working with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or equivalent).
· Experience in managing ERP implementation or migration projects is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
· Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000-95,000
