Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our healthcare clients. This isn’t just about posting pretty pictures—it’s about telling stories, building communities, and driving engagement that leads to growth. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to plan, create, and optimize content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple healthcare brands
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (photo, video, graphics, captions) that resonates with target audiences
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting and brand consistency
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our clients ahead of the curve
  • Engage with communities—respond to comments, DMs, and build genuine connections
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance, making data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with our design, content, and SEO teams to align messaging and campaigns
