This is a full-time, in-person role based in Highland Village, TX. You’ll collaborate with the team to drive our entire organic social media presence from strategy through execution.
You’ll be responsible for posting, engaging, and working closely with our in-house video team to create content that performs across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is not a content babysitting role. You’ll write, post, engage with our audience, and help drive daily sales and lead generation.
This is a hands-on role with performance-based commissions tied directly to the revenue you help create. The earning potential is substantial, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary: Starting at $45,000/year, based on experience
• Commission: Additional performance-based commissions with unlimited growth and earning potential

• Build and execute an organic social strategy with input from the leadership team
• Post daily content across multiple platforms, pages, groups, and profiles
• Write captions, plan themes, and launch content campaigns from scratch
• Design on-brand content using Canva
• Capture raw video at events and trainings, coordinate handoff to the video team for repurposing
• Engage directly with comments and DMs to generate leads, build trust, and close sales
• Coordinate with our in-house video team to ensure strategic execution
• Build and monitor ManyChat flows to drive engagement and conversions
• Coordinate with the paid ads and funnel team to align efforts across the customer journey
• Deliver monthly analytics reports with insights and actionable next steps to the leadership team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading organic social for a coaching, mastermind, or event-based brand
• Strong background in growing audience, reach, and revenue through organic content
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Expert in Canva, HighLevel, ManyChat, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to speak in a confident, motivating, and tactical voice
• Skilled in real-time posting, live content capture, and engagement with leads and community
• Previous sales-focused DM experience preferred
• Ability to think and act independently while integrating feedback from leadership
