JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Education Technology Specialist to manage the development, integration, and deployment of AI-powered tools and platforms designed to enhance classroom learning. This individual will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI-based educational solutions, from planning and resource management to execution and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, educational needs, and project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver innovative solutions.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of experience in managing or implementing AI-driven tools and solutions for educational institutions or learning environments.
• Experience with project management, especially with technology implementation in educational contexts.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and speech-to-text applications.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other relevant APIs.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong technical knowledge in AI development, including API integrations, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis.
• Experience with tools like Google Colab, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Plotly, and Dialogflow.
• Project Management Skills:
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, reports, and training sessions.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze feedback and data to improve AI tool performance.

• AI Tool Development Oversight: Lead the development of AI-powered tools including personalized learning systems, quiz generators, speech-to-text transcription, classroom analytics, and other educational technologies.
• Project Management: Plan and manage the execution of AI tool integration in educational environments, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources (technical, financial, and human) for the successful development and maintenance of AI-powered tools. Ensure the availability of the right expertise and technologies to support the tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with educational administrators, teachers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, address challenges, and drive effective AI integration into classrooms.
• Tool Optimization and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed tools, gathering feedback from users, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to educators, administrators, and students on how to effectively use AI-based tools to enhance the learning experience.
• AI Strategy and Research: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI, education technology, and AI-driven teaching methodologies. Provide strategic direction for implementing innovative AI solutions in the education sector.
• Vendor and API Management: Oversee partnerships with third-party API providers and vendors. Ensure that services like speech-to-text, NLP, and machine learning APIs are correctly implemented and cost-effective.
