We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong technical background in the design, installation, and commissioning of commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will play a key role in our projects, from initial design and tendering to final execution and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Tendering: Develop technical designs and specifications for various refrigeration and HVAC systems. Prepare detailed proposals, tenders, and quotations for new projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from site surveys and planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support to the project team, technicians, and clients. Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all work is executed with the highest level of quality and safety.
• Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct meetings, provide technical clarifications, and ensure all project specifications are met.
• Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, material submittals, and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Compliance: Ensure all project activities and installations comply with local UAE regulations and international engineering standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design and management of refrigeration and HVAC projects, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, heat loads, and various HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, VRF, packaged units, cold rooms).
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
