Public Relations Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes, employee documentation, visa formalities, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and be comfortable dealing with government entities and online portals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Experience in UAE in a PRO/government relations role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, labour, and government procedures.
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer and related portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, brokerage, or large workforce environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process employment visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, medicals, and labour-related documentation.
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, amendments, status changes, and related formalities.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, Tasheel, and other relevant UAE authorities.
- Manage company and employee documentation in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and ensure all government formalities are completed within timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of visa, labour, and government-related documents.
- Monitor expiry dates of visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, licences, and other important documents.
- Handle company establishment card, immigration card, labour file, and related renewals.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external PRO service providers when required.
- Provide timely updates to HR and management regarding the status of applications and government processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
- Support HR and Admin teams with other government-related requirements.
