JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our villa, residential tower, and high-rise building projects. You will ensure model accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with BIM standards, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in BIM coordination, preferably in residential or high-rise projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and LOD requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in coordinating villa, mid-rise, and high-rise residential building projects.
• BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM, etc.).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM and integration with planning or cost software.
