JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee operations for our Plumbing, Handyman, and other home and office maintenance services. Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overview Potential Leads: Evaluate and prioritize maintenance leads for plumbing, handyman, and other services to secure profitable projects.
• Manage Operational Team: Supervise and coordinate teams of plumbers, handymen, and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely, high-quality work.
• Ensure proper communication, Inspection, Job Completion, Complaint management with high satisfaction rate.
• Ensure Minimum Possible Back Jobs.
• Oversee Operations: Lead plumbing, handyman, and general maintenance activities for residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to manage materials, schedules, and project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and resources used.
• Prepare and review quotations, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections to enforce timely completions & safety protocols compliance.
• Provide updates and reports to the Managing Director on operational performance and project status.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on Maintenance & Technical services.
• Proven leadership skills to manage operational teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, handyman, and general maintenance processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage project logistics.
• Valid UAE driving license.
