Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the transition of your existing client portfolio into the agency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, relationship management, and campaign execution.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring top-quality service delivery and measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client investments.
• Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven Account Management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency in the UAE.
• Established client portfolio with ability to transition accounts to the agency (mandatory).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, paid media, SEO, content, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
