Compass Project Consulting is seeking an Architectural Design Manager to join our growing team, working with a leading developer on a major mixed-use and residential programme in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process from schematic through to tender documentation. Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with design standards, quality, and programme requirements. Provide technical expertise in architectural design, urban planning, and coordination with MEP and structural disciplines. Ensure designs meet client expectations, regulatory approvals, and sustainability standards.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years’ experience in architectural design management. Proven track record in residential and mixed-use projects. Previous experience working with developers in the UAE. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
